Privacy Policy for iBillManager

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the iBillManager mobile application (the "App") published on Google Play. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect: email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, camera/mic data, advertising ID, or biometric data.

The app operates entirely offline. It does not transmit or sync any data to cloud servers, external APIs, or remote storage. All data is stored locally and tied to your Google account UID.

3. How We Use Your Information

Manage clients, bills, and expense records.
Manage staff and staff salary payments.
Display reports and dashboards (offline).
Store dark/light mode and timer preferences.
Support per-user data isolation using Google UID.

We do not use your data for analytics, marketing, or ads.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not share, rent, sell, or trade any user information. All data remains private and only accessible within your device.

5. Data Security

Each user’s data is isolated in a UID-named database.
Data is stored in secure internal app storage.
Preferences are stored using Android’s Shared Preferences (encrypted where supported).
We follow platform guidelines to prevent unauthorized access.

However, we recommend users regularly back up their data, as we do not store it remotely and cannot recover lost information.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Delete data: Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
Soft delete: You can deactivate clients, bills, or staff and restore them later.
Export data: Feature is planned in future updates.
Revoke consent: Stop using the app and uninstall it.

We cannot access or modify your data because everything is stored locally on your device.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as features evolve. We'll update this page with the new version and date. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated policy.
