3 Offline-First & Local Storage
iBillManager is designed to be offline-first. Your business data stays securely on your device in app-private storage. We do not upload, sync, or transmit your data to our servers or any third-party services.
If you choose to export or share files (such as Excel reports or backups), that data is sent only to the destination you explicitly select (email, cloud storage, etc.).
4 How We Use Information
- Manage clients, bills, expenses, staff, and salary records
- Display dashboards and financial summaries offline
- Store your app preferences (theme, language, backup options)
- Restore Pro access for your Google Play or Apple App Store account
Important: We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
5 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties. Your data remains private and local to your device.
Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple handle authentication and purchase verification as required by their platforms, but they do not have access to your business data.
6 Data Security
- All data is stored in app-private local storage on your device
- Per-user data separation based on the signed-in account (Google or Apple)
- Your device's security features (screen lock, encryption) help protect your data
- No transmission of data over networks unless you explicitly export
7 Your Rights & Choices
- Delete data: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data
- Soft delete: Restore previously deleted clients or bills when needed
- Export data: Create backups or export data for your own records
- Revoke consent: Stop using the app and uninstall to remove all data
8 Children's Privacy
This application is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
